Rosy cheeks

I haven’t blogged about skin care or make-up before (even though I love it) because my blog is more about crafts and fashion, but, occasionally a product or range will completely blow you away and you feel it’s only right to share the love! So in that vein here is the down-low…

One of my lovely friends was down on her bi-annual visit to Surrey/ Hampshire and I knew she had started selling Weleda products recently, so I was interested in finding out more about the baby range. Audrey’s eczema has been hanging around even with regular emollient/ hydrocortisone applications so I wanted to try something different and a bit more natural.

Long story short, one application of the baby body cream to her inner elbow and within 6 hours the redness/ dryness was all but gone!! Cath also gave me a wonderful facial using the Rose range and I am most definitely a convert. My skin care routine has been pretty crude and basic lately (cheap foaming face wash and bog standard moisturiser and that’s that) and my skin has been looking a bit red and sensitive, but the cleanser and Rose day cream made my skin glow (and it’s great for the fine lines too). They also do a stretch mark oil which is heavenly.

The prices are extremely reasonable  at £7.95 for the baby body cream which in my opinion is a bargain as her skin is looking great and she has been scratching much less. So if you are interested this is the lady to contact and if you happen to live in the Nottingham area I’m sure she would love to give you a demo.

Weleda products

If you are after a new skin care regime then give this a go -it really is amazing and no I’m not working on commission or receiving freebies in exchange for this post!! I’ll give you an update on my wrinkle/ stretch mark situation once I’ve been using them for a while but I have high hopes!
