Poms Poms and stuff

Fantastic day had by all on Sat at the Handmade Fair. As well as being a huge crafty gathering it was also held in the stunning grounds of Hampton Court Palace. I haven’t been there since I was a child and I was quite tempted to go and have a go at the maze again, though there was not enough time as there was some serious browsing of lovely handmade bits to be done.

It was great to catch up with a few of the lovely ladies I met at the Mollie Makes Handmade Awards, as well as Lisa Comfort from Sew Over It (their stand was lovely!) and listen to a talk by Kaffe Fassett – very inspiring indeed.

Below are my fave snaps from the day…note that most are of food stalls (…eh hem)
