McCall 2401

Completed a little shift dress for myself this week with the fabric I got on my trip to Fabric Land. I used the McCall 2401 with boat neck, a great pattern for beginners or impatient sewers like me! This pattern is super easy and only took me a few hours to complete, so I shall be making this in a few fabric ways and lengths over the next few months!

Shift dresses aren’t normally great on me due to my lack of waist, but I guess that’s the joy of making your own clothes, add a bit of an a-line to the skirt and make sure it fits nicely round the middle and jobs a good-un!
